	The intent of this docuement is to state the rights of the Copyright 
	Holder and You.

Definitions:
	
	"Software" - refers to the collection of files distributed by the 
	Copyright Holder.

	"Copyright Holder" - Cowtacular LLC
	
	"You" - is you.  The person who intends to use or distribute the 
	Software.

Rights:

	You may use and modify the Software for personal use or within 
	your corporation or organization.

	You may not redistribute the Software or any derivative or modified
	form of the Software to any party or system outside of your
	corporation or organization.

	You may not remove or alter any copyright or license information
	of the Software.

	The Software is provided "AS IS" and without any express or implied 
	warranties.  The Copyright Holder is not responsible for the results 
	from using the Software.

	Enabling the automatic version checking feature will send the
	following information to Cowtacular LLC during it's daily
	check:
		Unique installation number
		Current version number
		Total # of tickets
		Total # of reps
		Total # of devices
		Total # of software
		Total # of software licenses
		Total # of software pools
